When I was a student I didn't really take advantage of these offerings but when I was a staff I sure did. UCSD offers really cheap and convenient ways to try out a bunch of activities.

For yoga, this is a chance to try out a bunch of different instructors and styles, to get a feel for each instructor's differences.

One thing most people don't know is the classes are available to the public, at a slightly higher price than student and recreation card holders.
