This place hasn't changed much since my childhood. It's a great place for a picnic with fabulous views. Parking is spacious. The outdoor basketball courts are a hoot. I have some great memories here on windy days: it gets REALLY windy. We're talking free throws sailing 3 feet sideways in the air windy. I would wear shoes with traction too - the outdoor courts are slippery in spots.
